We began working with Kim and Rachel over a year ago when we had them design and create our first website for Dovetales. They developed for us a site that has literally increased our sales by over 70%; taking our business in a new and exciting direction. They listened to who we were, what our brand was and never failed to meet, and often exceed, our standards. Not only that, she totally understood the strategic elements I needed in place to reach my business goals. She has a very solid understanding of online marketing, list building and so much more! There are many of us who come to an important turning point in our businesses when we must either take the leap into the 21st century or labor in obscurity in the small corner we’ve carved out for ourselves, “preaching to the choir” with horse and buggy type delivery systems.
Although in the 1990s I knew enough to gather the snail mail addresses of anyone who emailed an order or an inquiry, and too slowly transitioned to gathering email addresses, these cut and paste options were labor intensive and hit or miss as I had no opt-in boxes on my 4 popular sites. Hiring Kim was one of the best decisions I ever made for my business and for myself. One of Kim’s greatest strengths is that she can come in, look at a situation and immediately see areas for improvement. That’s exactly what she did for my business!
When she told me that one of the most important things I could do was hire an assistant/front desk manager, I have to admit, I was skeptical and hesitant.
